    2 :: Oral presentations

    Each oral speaker is asked to send a very short CV to the corresponding Session Chairs.

    As the presentation of the speaker must be very short, the Session Chairs are free to include, or not include information on the CVs.

    Please keep in mind that 20 minutes is the time allowed for each lecture and it includes the discussion period. Please do plan your presentation as a 15 min talk to allow a 5 min discussion period.

    Posters must be A0 size - 120 cm (height) x 90 cm (width).
    No "landscape versions" of the A0 size will be accepted.

    Each poster author is responsible to put the poster in place and also to remove it. All posters must be removed from 17:50 of the 18th July till 13:00 of the 19th.

    All participants will have free access to the poster room at any time during the first two days of the Symposium (17th and 18th).
